Update: I wasn’t happy with the quality of the first video that I posted here – and which you can still see on Vimeo here. So I’ve produced it again but this time in High Definition, posted it on YouTube, and replaced it with that here. To see it in High Definition go to the video on YouTube, click “HD”, and be sure to give it some time to buffer.
