Saturation Point sequence

Sometimes in climbing it pays to have really strong biceps. And toes. And good shoes. ⁠

And sometimes in climbing photography it pays to just keep the finger on the motor drive…⁠

Took some processing power to put these 33 frames together.

Climber is later-day Oz legend Lee Cossey on one of his mega creations, Saturation Point (33), which takes a crazy 45m traversing line around and up through the amphitheatre at Diamond Falls, in the Blue Mountains.⁠

Shot in 2010 on a Nikon D3, with a Nikkor 300mm f2.8 lens with a 1.5x teleconverter, making for a 450mm focal length. Thanks to @nikonaustralia #MyNikonLife @thinktankphoto⁠
