Success! Mike Law and Eugene Mak started walking in to Mt Banks from the Pierce’s Pass car park at 6am, started climbing at 9am (approx.) and climbed the 19 pitch 500m route The Camel (18), topping out at 6pm today. It was the first continuous ascent of this route, which they had established earlier in sections along with Jeff Crass. This is Mike leading pitch 10, he mentioned something about it being a bit chossy… 🤣
